Still running on Azure Functions v1?

Are you still running on Azure Functions v1? Do you do this to run .NET Framework code? Since the end of last year, Azure Functions v4 supports .NET Framework 4.8 in isolated mode. So now would be a suitable time to upgrade, before Microsoft marks v1 as End-Of-Life.
