Editable grid control not working anymore?

Editable grid control not working anymore?

Since last week, the Power App grid control in a Model-driven app of my customer can’t be used anymore for editing.

You can still change the values in the view, but the changes are not being saved.

Is there anyone in my network that knows what changed? Is there a way to fix this?
